Robert E. Ruegger, age 63 of Palm Bay, FL, died Saturday, October 18, 2014, at his residence in Palm Bay, FL. He was born on Wednesday, May 16, 1951, in Highland, IL, the son of Junior McWhinney and Margaret Catherine (nee Schaefer) Ruegger. Mr. Ruegger was a 1969 graduate of Highland High School. He served active duty with the US Army. Survivors include: Sister – Diana K. “Kay” (Michael) Wise, Palm Bay, FL Sister In-law – Charlene E. Ruegger Hosey Nephew – Bernnie M. (Kristen) Hosey, Western Springs, IL Nephew – John Wise, Thornton, CO Nephew – James Wise, Thornton, CO He was preceded in death by: Father – Junior McWhinney Ruegger (died 2/4/2002) Mother – Margaret Catherine Ruegger (nee Schaefer) (died 12/3/2002) Brother – James J.
