Jane Seiberlich nee Polson, age 94 of Glen Carbon, IL, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at Meridian Village in Glen Carbon, IL. She was born July 03, 1919, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of John and Elva (nee Harter) Polson. On October 15, 1955, she married Sybil S. “Sy” Seiberlich who passed away December 21, 1989. She was a former member First Christian Church-Marine, IL. Mrs. Seiberlich was born in St. Louis and grew up in the Benton Park area of North St. Louis. As a young woman, she was a manicurist in St. Louis. Following her marriage, she and her husband lived in Marine, IL. In 2009, she moved to Meridian Village in Glen Carbon. She was a “Sweet Soul” and a loving Sister, Aunt, Great Aunt, and Great-Great Aunt. Survivors include : Niece – Vickie D. (Steven) Lewis, Saint Louis, MO Niece – Barbara A. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, May 03, 2014, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Marine, IL. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 03, 2014, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Marine, IL., with Rev. C. Miller Hurst officiating.
